Computing Facilities

At PGI we operate several computing clusters and personal computers to develop new theoretical methods and perform state-of-the-art computer experiments.

Calculations with high CPU-time requirements are performed at the Juelich Supercomputing Center (JSC). In particular the members of the institute use the Custer "Jureca". JURECA is a Pre-Exascale Modular Supercomputer operated by Jülich Supercomputing Centre at Forschungszentrum Jülich.
