The tasks of the department include the installation, monitoring, maintenance and safe operation of the technical infrastructure of the institute areas IEK-3 and IEK-14.

On September, 17th 2023, our long-time employee and colleague Guido Heuts passed away suddenly and completely unexpectedly at the age of 55.
