Spin Coater

The bench-top spin coater Laurel W-400B with a maximum drive of 8000 rpm can handle samples up to 5 inch. For small and asymmetric samples, a variety of costum made vacuum chucks allow safe usage at high rpm. Spin protocols with multiple steps can be programmed according to the needs of the users. The electronic control unit exhibits a clearly arranged layout and offers a simple handling.

A mobile fume hood renders the possibility of spin coating materials containing solvents, e.g. photo resists.

The bowl of the spin coater is made of inert plastic, facilitating the cleaning after usage and the separate residue container can be removed separately.
